Six questions
THE MATH

The machine does its own math.

Conservative figures, on purpose, because every practice is different.
Our Revenue Leak Calculator shows how much money is quietly leaving your pocket: run your own numbers now, and at the demo we'll run them together.

THE WRITE-OFF

Year one, mostly deductible.

For 2026, Section 179 lets a business expense up to $2.56 million in equipment — our largest package is under one percent of that cap — and 100% bonus depreciation is permanent for equipment placed in service after January 19, 2025. For a typical pass-through owner, that works out to a year-one tax reduction of roughly a quarter to a third of the purchase.

What it actually costs you, year one.

Confirm the specifics with your CPA — it's a claim they can check in their head. State rules vary.

THE PAYBACK

It clears its own cost quietly.

Three front-desk hours a week recaptured is about $3,400 a year. Cloud AI for a ten-person office is about $3,000 a year that never gets billed again. Then add what simply stops happening: no per-seat fee when you hire, no new vendor to audit, no lost afternoon when the internet goes down.

THE UPSIDE

Capacity is revenue.

Lawyers bill about three hours of an eight-hour day — the rest is the paperwork this machine eats. Half an hour a day recaptured, at a modest $200 rate, is roughly $24,000 a year per attorney; the same half hour at a CPA's $150 is about $18,000. Therapy practices lose real money to missed sessions: recover just one a week and, at $140 a session, that's about $6,700 a year per clinician — and at the demo we'd still rather run your numbers than ours.

Law: +30 billable min/day
≈ $24,000/yr
One attorney, at $200/hr
Accounting: +30 billable min/day
≈ $18,000/yr

Therapy: one recovered session/wk
≈ $6,700/yr
One clinician, at $140 a session

It's an estimate, not an audit. You keep the numbers whether you buy or not — and if the math argues against buying, we'll say so.

Planning figures, not promises — Section 179 limits for 2026; lawyer utilization from Clio's 2025 Legal Trends Report. Savings vary by practice.
